These BenchPro benches are constructed of 2" x 3", 14 gauge folded steel legs and a 1" x 2", 14 gauge steel apron, the R-Series benches DO NOT include leveling glides. If you require glides see part number GSN for an additional set of glides. These benches can withstand loads of up to 1,600 pounds of evenly distributed weight, making BenchPro workbenches some of the strongest, most reliable benches on the market today.

The surface of BenchPro workbenches are constructed of 1⅛" #45 industrial grade particle board, and covered in .030" Formica laminate. The particle board interior is sealed on all sides to prevent warping. Please note that these benches are not considered "water-proof" and should not be used in areas where there is high-levels of moisture or standing water.

BenchPro's chemical resistant tables use ChemArmor laminate from Nevamar. ChemArmor provides resistance to acids/bases, solvents, stains, indicators, and general reagents. It is ideal for use in laboratories, healthcare facilities, schools, photo processing facilities, forensic labs, and more. ChemArmor offers abrasion resistance as well as chemical, and is the toughest laminate available from BenchPro. ChemArmor also has a significantly better NEMA wear value than most competitive laminates. This laminate will last in even the toughest environments!

BenchPro workbenches are some of the easiest benches to assemble! The top and apron is factory assembled and welded for stability and ease, and the legs bolt to the worksurface with two bolts each. Accessory uprights can be added and shelves and other upright accessories lock quickly into the uprights.

Standard table height is 30" when using a regular office chair, and 36" is counter-height and usually used with a "bench-height" chair. BenchPro R-Series legs are adjustable from 30 to 36" in height, because of their adjustablility BenchPro does not custom cut R-Series leg heights. BenchPro also offers custom paint and laminate colors, along with their standard options. Standard color options are free of charge, while custom color options will add an additional $60 for laminates, and $90 for frame colors.
