Description
Clear,clean, moisture free storage desiccator cabinets, A mini-cleanroom isolated from the typical warehouse and manufacturing atmosphere. A cleanroom environment at a fraction of the cost. The input of nitrogen or compressed dry air into the cabinet displaces the contaminated air and provides a truely ideal clean, dry space for your components and devices. Due to reduced moisture within the cabinets, electrostatic charge becomes an issue for which DMS offers a permanent, transparent ESD coating which is applied in the manufacturing process. Grounded stainless steel bottom plates and shelving systems complete the ESD protection process. Static Dissipative Coating: SDC Coating is an acrylic co-polymer coating which performs in the static dissipative range. This semi-permanent plastic coating contains an internal molecular structure which allows SDC to perform for years. When applied, SDC dries to a water clear plastic film about 1 mil. thickness. Unlike topical antistatic sprays which require reapplication each month or sooner, SDC requires only periodic cleaning with warm water or a DMS specified plastic cleaner.
