The Liberty AS-200 Air Shower is designed to provide maximum protection is high traffic areas. An Ideal choice for durability and quality. Designed for continuous operation near controlled areas. Made of 3/4" novaply with white high pressure laminate inside and out. Interior duct surfaces sealed to prevent shedding of particulates and protect unit from contamination. Trim is anodized aluminium. Wall to wall floor grilles are structural aluminium, doors have an anodized aluminium frame and 3/16" safety glass. Ouside dimensions: 128"x48" Door to Door: 48" Inside dimensions: 84"x36" Inside Door to Door: 44". The AS-200 delivers moving air at approx. 5500 RPM from 14 adjustable aluminium punka louvers in the ceiling and walls. Air filtered through 35% ASHRAE secondary filters. HEPA filters 99.99% effciency removal of particles to 0.3 microns. Shipped disassembled in 5 pieces for on-site assembly. The unit has a control panel plug-in system requiring a single location power source. Fluorscent lighting. 12.5-120 second adjustable preset cycle; standard time 45 seconds. Painted cold rolled steel optional.
