BenchPro is the most popular line of workbenches and tables we offer. Built with a 16 gage tubular steel frame, and legs that have a 1/4" thick steel plate welded inside to receive bolts from the upper frame makes BenchPro benches able to withstand loads up to 5000 pounds, some of the strongest tables available anywhere! BenchPro benches are also the easiest benches to assemble; the top and apron are factory assembled and the legs attach with two bolts each.

BenchPro offers many different types of workbenches:

  • K-Series which is the standard leg configuration
  • D-Series with a cantilevered recessed leg
  • Heavy Duty benches that can withstand loads of an amazing 12,000 pounds
  • Hydraulic benches in either a standard leg configuration or a cantilevered configuration, with the option of a manual crank or electric lift

    K-Series workbenches have 4 legs, in the corners of the table.

    BenchPro's Green Initiative
    BenchPro, Inc. and their Baja subsidiary constantly strive to reduce their impact on the environment by both selecting materials which come from companies with a green policy and maintaining their production facilities in a manner which supports a strong green policy. Some of the more important details of their current program are:
  • All plastics left over from production are recycled.
  • All wood material, no matter how small is either consumed or sold for green applications.
  • All the wood "drop" from cutting tops to size is recycled into doors to be used in Mexico.
  • Sawdust goes to a local (California) rose grower for packaging and fertilizer.
  • All Steel, Aluminum, Copper and Brass are recycled.
  • All paper and cardboard are recycled into new cardboard by our vendors.
  • All office waste is segregated accordingly for recycle.

    • Basically, everything left over from BenchPro's processing is either recycled in house or by their vendors.

    Unconditional 10-year Warranty
    BenchPro™ has been producing the nation's strongest, longest lasting ergonomic workbenches since 1987. BenchPro is so sure their products will perform properly, they offer the following exclusive warranty:
    BenchPro™ workbenches are warranted unconditionally for 10-years.
    This includes every component and every function. Customers only have to report the problem. BenchPro™ will take care of the rest.
  • Frames are warranted to stay as strong as when they were new for 10-years. (BenchPro frames are factory welded, and hold an amazing 5,000 pounds.)
  • Tops must remain attractive for 10-years. The exception is damage due to customer impacts, burns, scrapes, gouges, stains and general wear. (BenchPro only uses thick laminates from America's two premier laminate producers, Formica and Nevamar.)
  • BenchPro's high temperature catalytic powder paint will not delaminate, fade, chip or in any way become unattractive for 10-years. (BenchPro uses only the finest powder paint from America's premier paint producer, Cardinal, and apply it in their ovens at 385 degrees Fahrenheit.)
  • Static Control (ESD) properties of BenchPro workbenches are warranted to remain within the nationally accepted standards of ANSI/ESDA S20.20, GSA and The ESD Association for 10-years. BenchPro continues to use Nevamar™ laminates with their exclusive use of a patented carbon layer to insure years of dependable use. These are the same laminates distributed by 3M™. (Over the past two years, BenchPro has tested all inexpensive "ESD laminates" made in countries all over the world and found in each case that their ESD properties degraded.)
  • Clean room workbenches shall maintain standards of a Class 100 for 10-years.
  • Chemical Resistant tops shall remain undamaged by any chemical which Formica states the laminates are protected from for 10-years.
  • All options shall remain in apparent new condition for 10-years. (See exceptions below.)

    BenchPro will either, at their discretion, refund the entire purchase price or replace whatever product is defective, and pay for the freight as well. Although return of defective product is not necessary, BenchPro may ask for an electronic photo in cases where they have not seen the problem before.
    Exceptions and conditions:
  • Furniture with laminated tops must be used indoors, and not in any process where large amounts of water are present on a regular basis.
  • Light fixtures are only warranted by their respective manufacturer and Home Depot.
  • In no case shall BenchPro be responsible for any direct, consequential or indirect damage caused by the use of BenchPro products, the inability to use their products, or by any defect or failure of their products. BenchPro's liability shall be limited to replacement of product, or a full refund, as outlined above.
