Plenum Wall Features:



  • Stainless Steel Bottom Plates seal each chamber
  • Closed cell Neoprene gaskets create a resilient seal that will last in production environments
  • Door latches make a secure closure and are grounded om ESD units
  • Multi-position shelf racks support optional trays made out of scrylic or stainless steel
  • Static dissipative coating on the acrylic protects ESD sensitive device (ESD Units Only)
  • A rear plenum connects all of the chambers for nitrogen or dry gas input
  • The plenum contains a gas input port and flow meter, each chamber includes a gas purge valve to purge humid air after the chamber is sealed
