Stainless Steel Fan Filter Units
CleanPro® Stainless Steel MicroSound Series Fan Filter Units feature housings fabricated from #304 stainless steel with #4 brushed finish. Standard features include:
- 99.99% efficient HEPA filter
- 30% ASHRAE pleated type prefilter
- Seismic clip suspension points
- Safety switch which disables the unit while servicing
- Solid state variable speed control with RFI suppression, for fine tuning airflow.
The blower is a 115V low watt AC backward curved impeller, 60Hz, single phase, permanent split capacitor type motor blower assembly with thermal overload protection. Other motor and voltage options are 208V-230V (50/60 Hz) and 277V (60 Hz).
The NCR Style final filters feature a stainless steel frame and are protected with a stainless steel round perforated grille on the downstream side.
The SAM GS Fan Filter Units feature a room-side replaceable HEPA or ULPA filter. Final filters inside the housing are standard GS style with anodized aluminum frame and upstream gel channel. Just remove the four screws attaching the round perforated stainless steel grill and frame assembly.
All final filters are tested according to accepted procedures as described by the Institute of Environmental Sciences (IEST) and/or ISO standards.
