Shipping and Returns
When will my credit appear on my account?
  Once the return is received with an RMA number, the credit will be applied to your account in 7 to 10 business days. If you have issues with your return, please contact customer service.
How do I return my product?
  Please call Production Automation to obtain an RMA number. Returns that are sent back without an issued RMA number will not be accepted. Click here to view our return policy.
What is your return policy?
  If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival through no fault of your own, your items is eligible for a return at no cost to you.

To obtain an RMA number for an item, you must call Production Automation within 30 days of purchase. Items that are returned without an issued RMA number will not be accepted.

All other returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price. The customer is responsible for the freight charges on all return shipments. Items must be returned with all original accessories, manuals, documents and packaging in salable condition. Metro Brand product orders are subject to a $50 restocking charge, and cannot be returned if the purchase price is under $300.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for internationally shipped orders.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following items:
• Prepackaged items that have been opened or partially used (e.g. gloves, wipes, consumable supplies, etc).
• Launderable cleanroom garments.
• ESD smocks.
• Cramer chairs.
• Floor mats.
• Customized items, including custom cut length floor or table mats, custom logo mats, custom color items and workbenches or stainless steel tables with custom cut leg heights.

Damaged Freight Deliveries Notice:
We recommend you do not let the driver go until you've inspected the shipment for damage. If any suspected damage is found, write "Damaged Items" across the driver's delivery receipt. This will enable you to obtain compensation or replacement parts in the event of shipping damage.
