MT-100 Intelliheat™ MiniTweez® Handpiece

MT-100 MiniTweez Surface Mount Rework Tweezer Handpiece (Intelliheat™) is a high capacity micro thermal tweezer.

The MT-100 MiniTweez features soft comfort grips, the smallest stroke available, and a tweezing action that mimics the natural motion of the human hand to eliminate hand fatigue. The MT-100 MiniTweez uses patented Tip-Heater Cartridges which can be changed within 3-seconds without specialized tools, and most tips heat up within 10-seconds flat.

The MT-100 is one of the most versatile surface mount component removal tweezers & has 11-styles of component removal tips available. Designed for reworking of miniature sized chip components as small as 0201, 0402 and 0603, the MT-100 can also handle larger SOT and SOIC components.

You can also use the MT-100 MiniTweez with higher powered Gold-Series Tip-Heater Catridges made specifically for the high output WJS 100 High Power Soldering Station (see MT-100 part numbers 1128-1001-P1 through 1128-1011-P1). MT-100 is used with Intelliheat™ Systems only (Tip-heater cartridges supplied separately.).
