With ±5V balance, the TargetBlower meets the requirements for Class 0 (Charged Device Model) electrostatic protection for the most sensitive of devices. The TargetBlowers unique space saving collimated chassis insures directed ionization that is perfect for semiconductor final manufacturing and other automated process tools
