How do I return an item?

All returns must be marked with a Return Material Authorization number (RMA) issued by PAC. Most items are subject to a restock charge ranging between 15-25% of the purchase price and the customer is responsible for return freight charges.

Under certain circumstances this restock fee can be waived, contact PAC for more information. Items must be returned in saleable condition to receive any credit. To start a return, contact us at 888.903.0333 and we will give you an RMA number and an address to send the items to. After the items marked with an RMA are received at the proper location, a credit will be issued as soon a possible though the credit transaction will not show up on a credit card statement for 7-10 days.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Prepackaged items that have been opened or partially used (e.g. boxes of gloves)
  • Launderable Cleanroom Garments
  • Customized Items Including:
       - Custom Cut to Length Mats, for the Floor or Table
       - Items with custom colors (standard colored items usually can be returned)
       - Stainless Tables with Custom Cut to Height Legs
  • The following rules apply only to Metro brand Items:

  • Minimum Restock Charge of $50 for any order
  • No returns for orders under $300.
