| Q: Is there a limit to the number of smocks I can have embroidered? |
| A: No, there is no limit to the number of custom embroidered smocks you can have per order. |
| Q: How long does custom embroidering my smocks take? |
| A: Please allow two weeks to customize your smock order. Exceptionally large orders may take longer. |
| Q: What thread colors are available? |
| A: Almost any color you prefer is available, please specify your color preference in the order notes during check out. |
| Q: How many colors can I use per smock? |
| A: We prefer one color per smock, although more can be used it will incur additional charges and will have to be custom quoted. Contact us at info@gotopac.biz. |
| Q: Is there a limit to the number of characters per line of text? |
| A: There is no set number of characters per line, as font sizes can be adjusted, but at the same time it is not unlimited- the area that is embroidered is roughly a 4"x4" square above the chest pocket. |
| Q: What if I want my embroidery somewhere besides above the chest pocket? |
| A: We recommend sticking to above the chest pocket, but other areas can be accommodated. Contact us at info@gotopac.biz for more information. |
| Q: Can symbols or numbers be added to my smock? |
| A: Yes, all numbers can be embroidered along with some symbols, for example: & - : . $ For other types of symbols please contact us at info@gotopac.biz. |
| Q: Can you embroider logos? |
| A: At this time we can only offer lettering, although logo embroidery is something we will try to offer in the future. |
| Q: Can I return customized smocks? |
| A: Unfortunately, due to the nature of the customization we cannot accept returns on embroidered smocks. When ordering, please double check all spelling and options choosen. |
