Quality.

PAC's exclusive "Cinch-Tite™" corner assembly system insures work bench frames will never become loose or wobbly.

  Strength.

Rather than channels or angles of steel, PAC™ uses square tube for structural integrity. This is especially important for the apron, as a weak apron allows legs to be bent underneath.

  Fasteners.

While PAC™ uses 5/16-18 hex bolts to assemble our legs, the competitors use only 1/4-20 bolts. Where the competitors use 1/2" long bolts to assemble legs and leg adjustment brackets, PAC™ uses 2" long heavier bolts. These longer bolts eliminate the possibility of cross-threading.

  Ease of assembly.

PAC's™ benches are the easiest to assemble too. The competitors supply an eight-page assembly manual and a big bag of assorted fasteners; PAC's™ benches go together with only two bolts per leg. That's because BenchPro™ pre-assembles the apron that goes around the bottom of the top and the leg assemblies through WELDING, then pre-assembles the top to the apron.

  Tops.

Weight:PAC™ uses heavy "industrial grade" 45-pound, 1-1/8 thick solid particle board for the core material. This is the heaviest grade in the industry.

Seal: PAC™ seals 5 sides plus the bottom, making the top watertight, and eliminating the possibility of moisture causing warpage.

  Ergonomics.

For your ergonomic comfort, PAC's ™ offers a 180° radius front edge on all models at no extra charge.

  Load capacity.

While other bench makers claim weight limits of 650--1200 pounds, PAC's use of Cinch-Tite™ corner fastening, plus extensive welding allows us to ensure a 5,000 pound load will never damage the bench.

BenchPro Warranty

BenchPro Products

BenchPro™ as been producing the nation's strongest, longest lasting ergonomic workbenches since 1987. In all this time, we've had only one warranty problem. We are so sure our products will perform properly, we are offering the following exclusive warranty:

Workbench Warranty
BenchPro™ workbenches are warranted unconditionally for 10-years.

This includes every component and every function. Customers only have the obligation to report the problem. BenchPro™ will take care of the rest.

- Frames are warranted to stay as strong as when they were new for 10-years. (Our frames are factory welded to make them solid, and hold an amazing 5,000 pounds.)

- Tops must remain attractive and in proper working condition for 10-years. The exception shall be damage due to customer impacts, burns, scrapes, gouges, stains and general wear. (We only use thick laminates from America's two premier laminate producers, Formica and Nevamar.)

- Our high temperature catalytic powder paint will not delaminate, fade, chip or in any way become unattractive for 10-years. (We use only the finest powder paint from American's premier paint producer, Cardinal, and apply it in our ovens at 385 degrees Fahrenheit.)

- Static Control (ESD) properties of our workbenches are warranted to remain within the nationally accepted standards of ANSI/ESDA S20.20, GSA and The ESD Association for 10-years. We continue to use Nevamar™ laminates with their exclusive use of a patented carbon layer to insure years of dependable use. These are the same laminates distributed by 3M™. (Over the past two years, we have tested all inexpensive "ESD laminates" made in countries all over the world and found in each case that their ESD properties degraded.)

- Clean room workbenches shall maintain standards of a Class 100 for 10-years.

- Chemical Resistant workbench tops shall remain undamaged by any chemical which Formica states the laminates are protected from, for 10-years.

- All options shall remain in apparent new condition for 10-years. (See exceptions below.)

Exceptions and conditions.
1. Furniture with laminated tops must be used indoors, and not in any process where large amounts of water are present on a regular basis.
2. Light fixtures are warranted by their respective manufacturer. We make no further warranty.
3. In no case shall BenchPro be responsible for any direct, consequential or indirect damage caused by the use of our products, the inability to use our products, or by any defect or failure of ours products. Our liability shall be limited to replacement of product, or a full refund, as outlined above.
