Fast Custom Embroidery!
Embroidery is the process of stitching a logo, text or design onto a textile. A logo must be digitized, taking a high-resolution image and determining the number of stitches and colors required, and then applied to the garment. Embroidery is widely used in branding clothing and on uniforms to create a professional, durable and long-lasting look. A perfect option for when you want to add extra personalization such as names. Available in 4 fonts and 6 standard thread colors. Custom colors are available for an additional charge.
Patches are the most cost effective, and can be reused elsewhere. There are embroidered or stitched separately and then added to a garment. Since ESD products have a suggested maximum of washes they can handle, this is a great option for when you just want a logo added to apparel. Available in 6 standard thread colors. Custom colors are available for an additional charge.
Sublimation is the process of transferring ink to a fabric using heat and pressure. The result is a full color permanent image that won't peel, crack or fade. It is ideal for larger and more colorful images or text. Sublimation works very well on lighter colored polyester fabric, making it a very good choice for ESD apparel.
