Dry foggers produce droplets as small as 7.5 microns which reduce condensation, surface wetting, and possible corrosion. Area coverage is more uniform and the fog penetrates cracks, crevices, ventilation systems and other challenging areas like high corners and underneath furniture.

Titanium and 316L stainless steel components allow rapid setup and breakdown for autoclave sterilization. The portable system is easily used in multiple locations. Specially formulated cold sterilants neutralize spores, bacteria, mycobacteria, yeast, molds, and viruses without applying heat. Its sanitary and autoclavable design permit use in the most critical areas and maintain the utmost levels of sterility. Beyond biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and other controlled environments, cleanroom dry foggers also curb bio-burdens within agricultural, beverage, and food processing applications.

Safe and Environmentally-Friendly

An aldehyde-free formulation prevents toxic exposure to aldehyde vapors and poses no threat to municipal waste treatment systems. While it should be handled with care in its concentrated form, it doesn't require extraordinary handling procedures or ventilation systems. It is completely biodegradable, does not produce toxic vapors, and will decompose into oxygen, water, and acetic acid. Acetic acid is the active ingredient in vinegar.

Wireless Ready with Vapor Detection Systems for Safe Use

The optional wireless remote control unit allows the operator to turn the system on and off from outside the cleanroom. A vapor detection system remotely alerts an operator once the room has reached safe air quality levels for reentry.

Minncare Mini Dry Fog System

The Mini Dry Fog system is designed for confined-space fogging. The flexibility of the Mini Dry Fog nozzle allows for rapid vapor dispersion, and ensures the entire space is exposed to dry fog.

  • Single units are suitable for use in volumes up to 20 m3, or a 700 ft3 room, and will disperse up to 500 ml of liquid sterilant.
  • Eliminates formaldehyde disinfection procedures
  • For use in biological safety cabinets, cRABS, glove boxes, pass-through rooms, and ambulances; the system can be easily built into small cabinets as an inexpensive alternative to H2O2 vaporization systems.

Things to Consider Before Deploying a Fogging System

The size, geometry, and decontamination standards of your facility require consideration. A dry fogging concentration must remain below the dew point, which prevents condensation and micro-condensation. Air currents, humidity, and ventilation systems provide subtle cues about the fogger coverage, efficacy, and placement. The most cost-effective and least laborious solution is the one that provides an appropriate degree of decontamination with the least amount of equipment. Speaking with a specialist is beneficial.
