One of our key offerings, the CleanPro® 1.5" Gasket-Seal Ceiling Grid System, combines flexibility and simplicity to meet the evolving demands of industries including semiconductor, aerospace, food service, food processing, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare.
This structural ceiling grid system features a 1.5" wide T-bar design, ideal for accommodating standard filter modules, light fixtures, and blank ceiling tiles. It's engineered for Class 10,000 to 100,000 cleanrooms, or ISO Class 7 to 9 environments.

- Modular Grid System: Standard opening sizes are 22.5" x 46.5", installed on a 24" x 48" center, compatible with CleanPro® Fan Filter Units, ceiling panels, and lighting.
- Seamless Gasket Integration: A factory-applied white closed-cell foam gasket ensures reliable compression sealing at all connection points, including tees, wall angles, and other system components.
- Durability & Compliance: The galvanized steel frame, finished in flat white, offers exceptional corrosion resistance and complies with all national building and seismic codes.
- Easy Access & Maintenance: The modular T-grid design allows quick access to the plenum space for maintenance or upgrades — perfect for managing utilities like piping, wiring, and ductwork. Damaged tiles can be individually replaced without disrupting the entire system.
