Pass-thru cabinets help control contaminants entering the cleanroom during pick-up and delivery of products and supplies. Maintaining a clean environment, yield and productivity are increased as delivery personnel and contaminants remain outside of the cleanroom.
Standard doors are 0.5" thick clear acrylic with a T-handle mechanical interlock, and full-length piano hinge, and are fitted with gaskets for a positive seal. Doors 30" or wider are also equipped with a structural integrity bar.
- White, high-pressure laminate on all interior and exterior surfaces
- 0.75" thick, high-density particle board core for widths up to 28"
- 1" thick, high-density particle board core for widths greater than 28"
Cleaning and Maintenance Instructions
Use a cleanroom and laboratory cleaner with a lint-free cloth. Do not use any abrasive or any type cleaner containing alcohol or ammonia, which will cause severe cracking or "crazing" and will void the warranty on the component and/or structure.
Notes
- Add approximately 4" to the depth dimension to include doors and handles.
- Rough cut hole in the wall should be 0.125" to 0.25" larger than O.D. of the pass-thru unit.
- All pass-thru cabinets are shipped in a wooden crate.
Trim & Gusset Ordering Information
Trim is included. Please specify your wall thickness and overhang distance in the order comments area when placing your order.
Support Gussets provide additional stability to units. We recommend two gussets if the unit will be installed off-center, or four if the unit will be centered.
