System Features

2" Wide Extruded Aluminum Grid Members: Durable, corrosion-resistant aluminum main runners and cross-tees are bolted together to form a continuous gasketed ledge for critical sealing.
Factory Pre-Cut for Standard Layouts: Supplied for a standard layout of 24.5" x 48.5" centers, using 46.5" cross-tees and 144" main runners, compatible with standard 23⅝" x 47⅝" filters and 22.5" x 46.5" light fixture openings.
Zinc Die-Cast Connectors: Top-mounted, 4-way or customizable (splice, 3-way, corner) connectors attach securely to the grid's threaded bosses with ¼-20 hardware, ensuring structural stability and ease of field assembly.
Precision Suspension System: Suspended using ⅜"-16 threaded rods with left-hand/right-hand threaded turnbuckles and 7" bodies for fine leveling adjustments. Recommended hang spacing is nominally 48" x 48".
Airtight Gasket Seal: Continuous factory-installed gasket seals around each opening to prevent particulate infiltration and maintain positive plenum pressure.
Integrated Top Slot Functionality: The upper tee members are extruded with a ¼-20 threaded boss for secure mounting of connectors, tie-downs, or additional hardware.
Clean Finish and Packaging: Powder-coated white finish enhances reflectivity and corrosion resistance. Grid sections are paper-wrapped, boxed, and skid-packed for maximum protection and easy handling on site.

Note: These component weights should be included in load calculations for system design verification. The maximum allowable point load is 380 lbs., and maximum distributed load is 57.5 PSF under standard spacing conditions (48" x 48" hang spacing).
