Stainless Steel Tapered Precision Nozzles
Stainless steel precision nozzles offer orifice sizes from 100 to 500 μm and are ideal for applications in the compact camera module (CCM), LED, semiconductor, automotive electronics, and high precision industrial markets. Use with very low-viscosity fluids and particle-filled pastes.
Our reusable precision nozzles are machined for tight tolerance micro-dispensing and offer orifice sizes from 100 to 500 μm. For even finer deposit sizes, the Optimum Ceramic MicroDot™ tip features a 50 μm orifice diameter for applications such as silver paste contact dispensing.
Nordson EFD precision nozzles are tailored for dispensing epoxies, UV-cure adhesives, solder paste, cyanoacrylates, and other assembly fluids.
A unique nozzle-stabilizing fixture is available for syringe dispensing using an automated system with an air-powered dispenser. This fixture holds the nozzle in place, keeping it in a stable position so the dispensing height is constant for syringe barrel changeout.
