Return Policy

Returns are subject to a restocking fee of $25.00 or 20% of the purchase price, whichever is greater. The customer is responsible for the freight charges on all return shipments. Items must be returned with all original accessories, manuals, documents and packaging in salable condition. We do not accept returns for internationally shipped orders.

To initiate a return, you must contact Production Automation Corporation within 30 days of purchase for an RMA number. Items that are returned without an issued RMA number will be refused.

Shoes & Footwear

Customers can exchange for a different size of the same style, a maximum of one (1) time per order. PAC reserves the right to refuse the exchange of any footwear that is not returned in new, saleable condition with all packaging intact.​

We do not accept returns for the following items:

• Chemicals, fluids, or other hazardous materials.
• Customized and built-to-order items, including custom cut mats, logo mats, custom color items, or furniture with custom cut legs.
• Prepackaged items that have been opened or partially used.
