Notice to existing Production Automation customers:

We recently re-launched our website on a new platform to bring our customers enhanced features and a better shopping experience. However, because your account information is confidential, we were not able to transfer existing customer logins to our new website. Click here to set up a new login. Shipping & Delivery

Displayed shipping costs are estimates based on historical averages. If the shipping estimate seems too high, please call us at (888) 903-0333. If the shipping charges exceed the shipping estimate, we will call you to confirm before we process your payment. Your account is not invoiced until your order ships, at which time you can view the exact shipping amount.

Minimum Order Charges:
• A $10.00 handling charge is applied to all orders under $50.00.
• Metro brand product orders under $350.00 are assessed a minimum freight charge of $42.

Damaged Freight Deliveries Notice: 
We recommend you do not sign for any deliveries until you've inspected the shipment for damage. If any suspected damage is found, write "Damaged Items" across the driver's delivery receipt. This will enable you to obtain compensation or replacement parts in the event of shipping damage. We cannot accept returns on damaged shipments that have been signed for.
Free Shipping

All items marked as "Free Shipping" will ship for free to anywhere within the continental United States unless otherwise specified. Orders shipped outside of the continental United States do not qualify for free shipping.

The following minimum order requirements may apply for Free Shipping promotions:
• Purchase of Metro & Olympic brand products must have a subtotal greater than $350.00 to qualify for free shipping.
• Purchase of qualifying anti-fatigue and entryway mats must have a subtotal greater than $100.00 to qualify for free shipping.
International Shipping

Any orders shipped outside of North America will be subject to a minimum order amount of $500 USD. Additionally, Production Automation reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed or shipped outside of North America. Hazardous materials may require additional charges for labeling, packaging and declarations.

Privacy & Security

  • We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.
  • When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
  • Like many websites, we use "cookies" to enhance your experience and gather information about visitors and visits to our websites. Please refer to the "Do we use 'cookies'? section below for information about cookies and how we use them.
  • We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be only accessed as stated above.

    We may use the information we collect from you when you register, purchase products, enter a contest or promotion, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

  • To personalize your site experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested.
  • To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests.
  • To quickly process your transactions.
  • To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature.
  • If you have opted-in to receive our e-mail newsletter, we may send you periodic e-mails. You may opt out of newsletters or other promotional e-mails by either changing your My Account settings or by clicking the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of every e-mail (Order confirmations and other necessary, non-promotional e-mails cannot be opted out of).
  • We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice, except as described below.
    The term "outside parties" does not include www.gotopac.com. It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.

    Do We Use "Cookies"?

    Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site's or service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. For instance, we use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart. They are also used to help us understand your preferences based on previous or current site activity, which enables us to provide you with improved services. We also use cookies to help us compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future.

    We may contract with third-party service providers to assist us in better understanding our site visitors. These service providers are not permitted to use the information collected on our behalf except to help us conduct and improve our business.

    You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser (like Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer) settings. Each browser is a little different, so look at your browser Help menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies. If you turn cookies off, you won't have access to many features that make your site experience more efficient and some of our services will not function properly. However, you can still place orders over the telephone by contacting customer service.

    Returns & Replacements

    If your items are damaged or defective upon arrival through no fault of your own, you are eligible for a return at no cost to you. Please contact Production Automation for an RMA number. To obtain an RMA number for an item, you must call Production Automation within 30 days of purchase. Items that are returned without an issued RMA number will be refused. 

    All other returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price. The customer is responsible for the freight charges on all return shipments. Items must be returned with all original accessories, manuals, documents and packaging in salable condition. Metro brand product orders are subject to a $50 restocking charge, and cannot be returned if the purchase price is under $300. 

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for internationally shipped orders. 

    We cannot accept returns for the following items: 
    • Prepackaged items that have been opened or partially used (e.g. gloves, wipes, consumable supplies, etc). 
    • Garments (e.g. ESD smocks, cleanroom garments, etc). 
    • Cramer chairs. 
    • Floor mats. 
    • Customized and built-to-order items, including custom cut length floor or table mats, custom logo mats, custom color items and workbenches or stainless steel tables with custom cut leg heights.

    Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    Production Automation accepts all major credit cards (Visa, American Express, Discover) as well as Purchase Orders from customers who qualify through our Credit Application.

    All sales, promotions and free shipping offers are subject to conditions and order minimums. Production Automation reserves the right to revoke or deny any advertised sale or promotion for any reason at its discretion.

    In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Production Automation reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Production Automation reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Production Automation shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

    Viewing Orders

    To view orders you have placed recently, log into your account using the My Account link located at the top right hand side of the page. All of your open and processing orders will be listed at the top of your account page as "Recent Orders". You may view or re-order from your account, but you must contact Production Automation if you would like to change or cancel your order. You may also view your entire order history by clicking the My Orders link located in the My Account list on the left hand side of your account page.
    Updating Account Information

    To update your account information, log into your account via the My Account link located at the top right hand side of the page. From the account dashboard you can edit your Contact Information, including changing your password, your Newsletter Subscriptions, and Billing & Shipping Addresses.
