Conductive (<10⁴ Rtt) Mesh Middle Layer Bottom Layer - Limited Lifetime Warranty - The dedicated conductive layer reduces the resistance to ground (Rtg) from the top of the surface to the groundable point ground and allows the mats to be used with monitors.
