Compact Environments

With 3.75 cubic feet of usable space, these are out smallest standard chambers. With a compact size and array of options, these units find use in a variety of applications, either as a stand-alone system or stacked. They can be used for conditioning, testing, storage, or fabrication in electronic, electrostatic, biomedical, pharmaceutical, university research, R&D, and many other applications that require a small environment. Uses can vary from a basic uncontrolled box to full-range, precision humidity and temperature control.

Standard Environments

These multi-purpose, 9 cubic feet acrylic benchtop chambers are designed for both laboratory and production applications. They can be used for conditioning, testing, storage and fabrication in electronic, electrostatic, biomedical, pharmaceutical, university research, R&D and many other applications. The chamber is large enough to accommodate equipment, fixtures, samples, assemblies and other items while fitting onto a standard workbench. Uses can vary from a basic uncontrolled box to full range precision humidity and temperature control.

ETS 5518 Large Glove Box Environment

Large Environments

These large environments are designed to accommodate equipment and material requiring a precise, stable environment, excellent visibility, and a large internal work area (9.4 cubic feet). All models include humidification, dehumidification, heating and cooling systems, fluorescent lighting, and GFIC AC power outlet. The systems can be configured to maintain humidity from (5% to 95% RH) and temperature from (-31°F to 122°F) when the unit is placed in an ambient environment location.

Custom Glove Boxes and Environments

We can design up to a 125 cubic feet custom environment to fit your storage, testing, weight and fabrication requirements. Incorporate iris ports, single or multiple doors, computer/bulkhead fittings, etc. Use an antechamber, door, removable side panel or lift-off-from-base design for access. Available in standard or ESD Acrylic for low charging application. Electro-Tech Systems Chambers are available with CE certification.

Controllers

These controllers offer humidity, temperature and third parameter control. Dual-function controls both humidity and temperature, offering the best combination of features at an affordable price point. Our latest generation of Microprocessor PID controllers offer precision and accuracy and can be used with or without software. All controllers include a sensor. We currently offer the following controller types:

Comparator Controllers

Factory set at 5% RH (not adjustable)

We also provide controllers to monitor and/or control third parameters such as pressure and oxygen. The operational range of the controller and sensor is not necessarily the same as the operational range of the chamber and operating systems. For example, a controller specification may state it can operate from 0-100% RH and from 0-100°C. This means that this controller has the ability to perform over this range. The chamber and operating systems will have different ranges. These acrylic chambers are rated from 0 to 55°C and each operating system has its own specific performance range.

Operating Systems

These operating systems are designed for generation of humidity, dehumidification, heating and cooling. Use these systems individually or in combination to precisely maintain a variety of environmental conditions when interfaced with a controller. Purchase individual chambers to be designed into a system or upgrade your existing environment.
