CleanPro® Ceiling Grid Systems are designed to adapt to a wide range of applications for manufacturing or pharmaceutical preparations and packaging.

Our 1.5" and heavy-duty 2" gasketed grid ceilings are designed to carry the load of standard filter modules for Class 10 to Class 10,000 cleanroom environments. The PharmaCeiling flush ceiling system allows you to utilize area above the cleanroom for mechanical services or walk-on capabilities for maintenance access.

CleanPro®

The CleanPro® T-Grid System is designed to carry the load of standard filter modules for Class 10 to Class 10,000 cleanroom environments. It is comprised of 2" wide extruded aluminum tee members that are bolted together to form a continuous gasketed ledge to receive HEPA or ULPA filters for ultra-clean manufacturing environments. Gasket-Seal

The Gasket-Seal Ceiling Grid System combines flexibility and simplicity to meet the ever-changing needs of a diverse range of applications, including semiconductor, aerospace, food service, food processing, pharmaceutical and hospital industries. It is a functional system that provides a 1.5" or 2" wide structural grid system to receive standard filter modules, light fixtures and blank ceiling titles.

PharmaCeiling

The PharmaCeiling is a flush ceiling system which provides the ability to utilize area above the cleanroom for mechanical services or walk-on capabilities for maintenance access. 2" thick composite panels feature a steel skin on both sides of an aluminum honeycomb core. Available with a variety of coatings and finishes, the steel facings are designed to form tight, straight-line joints between adjoining panels. All panels are Class A non-combustible.
