Chrome Wire Cleanroom Gowning Rack with Hanger Slots

- Slotted hanger rack on 2.5" (64mm) centers reduces metal-on-metal contact between the hanger and rail thus reducing particle generation.
- Chrome plated shelving with QuadTruss® technology reduces strain on welds and improves weight distribution yielding 25% better performance in laboratory deflection tests than competitive products.
- Top mat assembly constructed of 10-gauge mat wires provides a more economical rack option in less demanding environments. Welded to full-length 6-gauge inside support wires and serpentine trusses for maximum durability.
Construction Details:
- Chrome finished gowning rack for clean rooms and other garment storage
- Hanger bar constructed of heavy-gauge type 304 stainless steel with hanger slots spaced on 2.5" (64mm) centers
- 86" (2184mm height)
- 1" (25mm) square 3-sided frame along the bottom
- At front and rear of shelf, 10-gauge mat wires are welded to a four-wire truss assembly constructed of a 2-gauge bottom wire, a 6-gauge serpentine truss wire which creates a bridge-like reinforcement, and two 6-gauge top wires - one directly below mat wires and one directly above, providing a pincer hold on mat wires
- Posts are 1" (25mm) diameter, grooved on 1" (25mm) increments, and provided with leveling feet
- Optional foot plates are available to attach unit to the floor
