Isolation glove boxes offer a controlled environment for processing operations. When used in conjunction with a nitrogen purge control unit or any inert gas purging, isolation glove boxes provide a low-humidity and oxygen-free environment for handling sensitive samples, parts, and electronics. Isolation glove boxes are ideal for usage in laboratories, clean rooms, electronic assembly, and other processing operations such as semiconductor and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Overall Dimensions (Main Chamber): 24" D x 35" W x 25" H; Overall Dimensions (Airlock): 10.5" D x 11.75" W x 10.5" H.
- Two access doors open inward (or outwards with optional upgrade) with a stainless steel door frame, hinge, and one-piece non-adhesive sealing.
- Side door opening 10" x 10"
- Removable full gasketed back wall for operations involving large equipment. (Fixed by screw)
- Two 8" OD glove ports that accept standard dry box gloves with 8" cuff size.
- Clear Acrylicis ideal for general purpose processing. Non-dissipative Acrylic could be damaged by some cleaning agents.
- Chemical Grade Clear Static-Dissipative Acryliceliminates static charges keeping the dry box clean and it does not attract particles from the air and has a powerful chemical resistance. (e.g. no effect against Alcohol, Sulfuric Acid and Sodium Hydroxide 30%, Ethanol).
- Clear PVCis a good economical choice for operations with many corrosive chemicals and alcohol. it's transparent with slight gray tint.
- Polypropyleneis the best chemical resistant in plastic glove boxes and recommended for application involved with Acetone and acids.
