Star Clean IV Two-Phase Sole Cleaning Station with 1,600mm Brush

The modular Star Clean IV hygiene station offers continuous sole cleaning in a forced pass and thus ensures personnel hygiene at the access to production. For good flexibility in planning, the system is available in 3 lengths with a brush length of 500, 1000, and 1600mm.

Details

The prescribed process sequence ensures the maximum basic hygiene before entering flexible production areas.

The helical bristles increase the effectiveness of the mechanical sole cleaning. The easy removal of the brushes allows a thorough cleaning of the machines and brushes. The specially shaped step guide (Pentagon) and the optimized width of the run ensure that the spray water does not spread in an uncontrolled manner. Dirt particles or dirty water are passed together through the rotation of the brushes directly into the drainage base housing. Better hygiene is guaranteed.

The dosage of cleaning and disinfecting agent is adjustable over the duration of the dosing pump. The brushes are wetted by 2 independent nozzles with water and chemistry. The use of a pipe separator in the drinking water pipe is not required.
