Aluminum Sticky Mat Frames
Sticky mats are designed to adhere aggressively to particulate, but often, carts, mops, garments, shoe covers, and other traffic sources adhere with equal and unfavorable tact. The result is a mat that pulls up, deforms, shifts, folds, or doesn't remove particulate evenly.
Sticky mat frames provide a moveable base for mounting adhesive floor mats without the limitations of mats secured directly to the floor. CleanPro® aluminum sticky mat frames expand the applications where floor-mounted sticky mats are either inconvenient or impossible, such as carpet, concrete, grimy, oily, damp, or temporary walkways. Likewise, the anodized aluminum frame and polyethylene center improve passthrough and prevent upheaval when using roller carts, removing film layers, or when refreshed mats are extra tacky.
The material construction provides an inert and non-contaminating solution for foot and cart traffic at cleanroom entrances, offices, warehouses, manufacturing sites, hospitals, construction sites, and more.
