- 2" Wide Extruded Aluminum Grid: Durable, corrosion-resistant aluminum tee members are bolted together to form a continuous gasketed ledge — ideal for ultra-clean manufacturing environments.
- Precision Suspension: The system is suspended with a 3/8" threaded rod and turnbuckle, allowing dead-level precision and exceptional rigidity.
- Standardized Components: Opening sizes are 22.5" x 46.5", installed on a 24.5" x 48.5" center, compatible with CleanPro® Fan Filter Units, ceiling panels, and lighting.
- Airtight Gasket Seal: Factory-applied gaskets ensure an airtight seal against dust and moisture — crucial for maintaining critical cleanroom conditions.
- Modular & Maintainable: The system uses standard 2' x 4' components, making it easy to source replacements and access the plenum for maintenance or upgrades.
