Anti-Static Brushes are made from low charging materials and natural materials that are near neutral, on the triboelectric chart. They neither give nor take electrons which therefore allows the brush to remain essentially electrically neutral. Slight charges can be created in extreme voltage sensitive applications. These brushes should only be used in liquid environments. The short end is used for heavy-duty scrubbing while the chiseled end is used to reach and scrub tight corners.

Details

This double-ended applicator brush has anti-static horse hair bristle. One end has a flat trim and the other end has an extra-stiff chiseled trim. The handle is made of lightweight, chemical-resistant, non-magnetic, stainless steel. This brush is manufactured using strong mechanical clamping for maximum fiber retention, and is adhesive-free to prevent contamination on surface areas caused by leaching. This high quality brush has a trim of 1/4" at the tapered end, and 1/2" at the flat end. The handle dimensions are 4-1/2" length 3/16" diameter, and a flat brush width of 1/4". This brush is a great alternative to hand-trimming acid brushes.
