Cleanroom brushes are heat tolerant and designed for use in cleanroom and autoclave environments. They are made with plastic or stainless steel materials, that are durable and non-shedding. These materials make the brushes suitable for work in cleanrooms and withstand most sterilizing environment. The brushes with nylon fiber are perfect for use on delicate surfaces. The brushes need to be cleaned prior to being brought into a cleanroom. They are epoxy set with a high temperature adhesive to resist deterioration in an autoclave. Details

This brush has 0.003" stainless steel wire with a Delrin (Acetal) handle. The stainless steel wire is hand-laced with stainless steel wire into its handle for maximum wire retention. This high-quality brush has a 1 x 11 row configuration, with a 7/16" trim, and a brush face of 1-1/8" x 1/8". These brushes are great for removing stubborn dirt, light rust or corrosion on detailed parts. This brush safely cleans most tarnished metals, but can leave a dull finish on soft metals. The handle is no more than 3/16" wide at the brush end. Autoclavable for cleanroom, sterile, or medical applications.
