Cleanroom brushes are heat tolerant are designed for use in cleanroom and autoclave environments. They are made with plastic or stainless steel materials, that are durable and non-shedding. These materials make the brushes suitable for work in cleanrooms and withstand most sterilizing environment. The brushes with nylon fiber are perfect for use with delicate surfaces. The brushes need to be cleaned prior to being brought into a cleanroom. They are epoxy set with a high temperature adhesive to resist deterioration in an autoclave. Use to applying liquids, fluids or brushing.

This 3/16" diameter pencil-shaped applicator brush has 0.008" Nylon bristle and an acetal plastic handle. The bristles are epoxy-set with a high-temperature resistant adhesive that is autoclavable. Ideal for use in the medical and food industries and anywhere a round brush is needed to clean fine areas, and for applying fluids in a high-temperature setting. This versatile brush has a 3/8" trim, a brush face diameter of 3/16" and a handle length of 4-1/2" x 3/16".
