Anti-Static Brushes are made from low charging materials and natural materials that are near neutral on the triboelectric chart. They neither give nor take electrons and remain essentially electrically neutral. There can be a slight charge created in extreme voltage sensitive applications. Brushes should only be in liquid environments, for board rework and cleanup.

Our 30 series is our most popular all-purpose toothbrush-style scratch brush, designed with a bend for knuckle protection. Heavy-Duty 0.006" stainless steel bristle, in a 3 X 7 row configuration, with a 7/16" trim, and a brush face of 1-3/8" x 1/4", with a strong, static-neutral plywood handle. This versatile brush is an effective tool for use in a multitude of applications and is perfect for descaling stainless steel and aluminum welds and for removing rust, oxidation and corrosion.
