Cleanroom Brushes with heat tolerant are designed for use in Cleanroom and Autoclave environments. They are made with plastic or stainless steel materials, that are durable and non-shedding. These materials make the brushes suitable for work in cleanrooms and withstand most sterilizing environment. The brushes with nylon fiber are perfect for delicate surfaces. The brushes need to be cleaned prior to entering cleanroom environments. They are epoxy set with a high temperature adhesive to resist deterioration in an autoclave. For maximum fiber retention and do not use adhesives that can leach out and contaminate surface areas. Use for fine detail cleaning and fluid application.

0.008" Nylon bristle applicator brush with a lightweight, chemical resistant, non-magnetic, stainless steel handle. The Nylon bristle material and stainless steel handle are FDA compliant. Manufactured using strong mechanical clamping for maximum fiber retention, and is adhesive-free to prevent contamination on surface areas that could be caused by leaching. This high quality brush has a trim of 3/4", handle dimensions of 6" length x 3/8" diameter, brush width of 1/2". Has a maximum use temperature of 250°F for short term exposures and 200°F for continuous or long term exposures.
