WIP Wafer Transport Cart with 4 Nests for 200mm Wafers, 16" x 35" x 37"
- The 8" (200mm) WIP cart is designed to carry SMIF pods and regular boxes too.
- The nest holds the product firmly and prevents it from sliding and rocking.
- A patented shock absorber system is integrated into each wheel.
- Superb castors and large bumpers allow easy and safe driving of cart.
- The cart, which is compact in size, is easy to maneuver within the busy clean room, especially through narrow isles.
This Palbam Class wafer transport cart is designed for safe and ergonomic transport of 8" (200mm) wafer SMIF Pods or Boxes.
A specially designed tilted nest holds the product firmly and prevents the wafers from vibrating. An extra feature are the patented shock absorbers integrated into each wheel reducing dramatically vibrations on the transported wafers.
This cart is in operation in many Semiconductor Fabs worldwide.
