The Model 300 Floor Sentry Double is uniquely designed to provide portable fume extraction to two operators simultaneously. Two flame-retardant, self-supportive flex arms provide equal suction at both inlets, which directs contaminants into the patented filtration system.

Typical applications for this unit include soldering, welding, chemical fumes, light grinding, solvent and epoxy fume control, dust, pharmaceutical powders, and many other procedures that involve the emission of particulate and fumes.

Description

Standard filtration options for this system include HEPA (up to 99.97% efficient on particles 0.3 microns and larger), ASHRAE (up to 95% efficient on particles 0.5 microns and larger), Activated Carbon, and specialty-blended filter media (i.e. acid gas, mercury, aldehyde, and ammonia). The Floor Sentry Double allows multiple filter media to be housed inside the filter chamber for applications that emit both particulates and fumes. This unit features heavy-duty casters for easy mobility, flex arms that are capable of 360-degree rotation, and an infinitely-adjustable variable speed controller. Endcaps to plug inlet holes are available when the use of only one arm is desired. Other optional features include a digital hour counter and quick change pre-filter.

The Floor Sentry Double can provide an energy-efficient and economical solution for many commercial, medical, laboratory, pharmaceutical, and industrial applications.
